Training and Employment

Our training department is here to help you better understand your rights as a disabled person and to find meaningful employment supporting disabled people. We encourage applicants with lived experience of disability but also welcome non-disabled people who wish to learn more.

We offer two training courses:

  • Advocacy and Employment Training: Learn about disability rights, benefits and services as well as confidence-building and employment skills.
  • Hate Crime Advocacy Training: Learn to support victims or survivors of disability-related hate crime to engage with support services and have their voices heard.

Both courses are completely free and fully accredited.
